Taiping Houkui green tea is the best tea of the famous Green Tea. When you pour the boiling water on it, you may see the shoots of the tea spread out slowly. Every shoot has two leaves with one sprout together and is like Two knives press from both sides, with a gun in the center. Some shoots float on the water while some sink down and forms a beautiful contrast. As the hot air rises, a smell is blowing before your face. With such sweet smelling, people admires that the smelling of Houkui tea can spread thousand miles away.
The color, smelling, taste and shape are the four special styles of Houkui tea. This kind of tea is dark-green tea, with the white hair on it. The bottom of the leaf with shinning white light is able to stand still in the boiling water and the sweet smell remaining in it.
In 1901, it won the first classic golden medal in the Panama International Exhibition
